About Chester Energy Assessors
Chester Energy Assessors was established in 2007 and is part of EF Consulting, an independent scientific and chemical consultancy, founded by our Principal Consultant Dr E. Fowles. We have long been interested in the broader aspects of energy generation, converting waste into energy and reducing energy usage. The introduction of the EPC as a tool to tackle energy usage in buildings was a natural progression for us, considering that nearly a third of the UK's energy is used to power our homes.
